Background

Anne Faithfull graduated from the American High School in Mexico City then studied at tbe University of Southern California. After marrying, Anne came to England and did City and Guilds Ceramics with Bob Crossley and Abdo Nagi. She briefly studied with Sylvia Malloy, Paul Cracknall and Mike Goring, then had her first exhibit with Abdo Nagi at Letchworth Museum.

In 1998 Anne won the Hertford Graphic prize with a portrait, as well as twice winning the Letchworth Art Society prize for non-representational art. In 2000 she won the Hertford Mayor's prize at HAS and had her second joint exhibition with Abdo Nagi at Hitchin Museum.

Anne Faithfull has been a member of Letchworth, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City and Hertford Art Societies for the last twenty years and has enjoyed exhibiting at many local events all over Hertfordshire.
